1. Access

1.1 This website (the “Website”) is operated by CC Energy Development S.A.L. (Oman Branch) (“CCED”). Unless stated otherwise, references to “CCED”, the “Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” shall be references to CC Energy Development S.A.L. (Oman Branch).

1.2 CCED provides access to and use of the Website subject to the following terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) and by accessing the Website, you are deemed to accept and agree to comply with these T&Cs. If you do not agree with these T&Cs either in full or in part, you should cease using the Website immediately.

1.3 The T&Cs may be modified, updated and/or deleted by Us without any prior notice, and We reserve the right to do so at any time. If you do not wish to accept the new T&Cs you should not continue to use the Website. If you continue to use the Website after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use indicates your agreement to be bound by the new T&Cs.

3.1 All design, names, images, text, graphics, logo and the arrangement thereof contained in the Website (the “Content”) are protected by copyright, trade marks, database right and other intellectual property rights which are owned by or licensed to CCED, or otherwise used by CCED as permitted by applicable law. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring on you, by implication or otherwise, any licence or right to any such Content.

3.2 You may retrieve and display the Content on a computer screen or print one copy of such Content for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep intact all and any copyright and proprietary notices. 5. Governing Law

5.2 If any of these T&Cs should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these T&Cs are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction which that term or condition is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from this clause and the remaining terms and conditions shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
