CCED PARTNERS WITH THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH TO CULTIVATE A CULTURE OF HEALTH ACROSS OMAN

Muscat, 28 December 2021 – In collaboration with the Ministry of Health and the Wali Office of Adam, CC Energy Development (CCED), along with its partners in Blocks 3 & 4, Mitsui E&P Middle East B.V. and Tethys Oil Block 3 & 4 Limited, have partnered with Petroleum Development Oman (PDO) to build a dialysis unit in Adam to support the demand in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate. The move is the latest initiative taken by the business community to incubate more impactful corporate social responsibility and health programs, while partnering with local communities to further cultivate a culture of health. The agreement was signed by H.E. Dr. Fatma bint Mohammed Al Ajmi, Undersecretary of Ministry of Health for Administrative, Financial and Planning Affairs, and Badar Al Sariri, HR and External Affairs Director from CCED.

In another collaboration to support the healthcare system in Oman, CCED and its partners in Blocks 3 & 4, Mitsui E&P Middle East B.V. and Tethys Oil Block 3 & 4 Limited are supporting Sultan Qaboos University Hospital in providing a laser device that is mainly used in lithotripsy, prostate pathology and alternative medicine conditions.
