Muscat, 22 March 2022 – CC Energy Development (CCED) has rounded off the latest edition of the Oman Petroleum and Energy Show (OPES), where it supported the event as Gold sponsor, as well as exhibiting with a dedicated booth. Held at the Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre under the patronage of the Ministry of Energy and Minerals, OPES is Oman’s largest international event of its kind, and brings together oil and gas industry leaders from over 30 countries. It’s the latest in a range of local and international platforms and dialogues that CCED has been involved in as part of its aim to facilitate knowledge-sharing and secure the long-term sustainable development of the industry.
Walter Simpson, Managing Director of CCED said, “We make an effort to be part of important conversations about the future of the energy sector and we are delighted to have been involved in another OPES event, as part of our strong partnership with the government and our dedication to supporting Oman’s socio-economic development. The event offered us a unique platform to connect with other players in the energy sector, decision-makers and stakeholders, and share knowledge about the trends, developments, and current issues in the industry, while continuing to contribute to Oman’s energy future.”
