With an Omanisation rate of over 90%, our ICV strategy seeks to support the government in building a skilled and capable national workforce by upskilling Omanis and bridging knowledge gaps in the industry. We prioritise local suppliers through a Vendor Development Program and facilitate training and development to strength the talent pool and local supply chain.
